DESCRIPTION:Dance the night away with live music from the Salt Lake Symphony\, the Mark Chaney Jazz Trio\, and special floor shows by the BYU Ballroom Dance Team. Bid on amazing items in our silent auction. The Vienna Ball is a tradition and fundraiser like none other in Salt Lake City\, and the ballroom dance event of the season. Come support YOUR Salt Lake Symphony! \n\n\n\nDinner menu includes a roasted beet salad\, chicken schnitzel with a mustard cream sauce\, herbed potatoes and green bean almondine. Vegan option is butternut squash medallions with a roasted red pepper sauce. German chocolate cake for dessert. Please let us know if you would like the vegan option. \n\n\n\nFree dance instruction class from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. \n\n\n\nTickets:$90: Dinner at a reserved table.
