SUMMARY:Salt Lake Symphony's 38th Annual Vienna Ball
DESCRIPTION:The Salt Lake Symphony Vienna Ball is an event unlike any other in the region\, providing live music for dancing by full orchestra and jazz band\, floor shows by the award-winning BYU Dancers\, and a silent auction. All proceeds benefit the orchestra so that we may continue bringing you the greatest music year-round. Come dance the night away with us and help support YOUR Salt Lake Symphony! \n\n\n\nFree dance lessons starting at 5:30 p.m. with Martin Skupinski from Ballroom Utah. \n\n\n\nReserved tickets with dinner must be purchased no later than Saturday\, February 7. General admission tickets do not come with dinner or reserved seating. These tickets can be purchased at any time before the event\, including at the door. \n\n\n\nThere are two options for the dinner entrée: \n\n\n\n\nChicken entrée\n\nChicken schnitzel with creamy mustard sauce. Potatoes and green beans. (nut-free)\n\n\n\n(Gluten-free\, dairy-free\, and/or egg-free are available upon request when purchasing tickets below.)\n\n\n\n\n\nVegetarian/vegan entrée\n\nButternut squash medallions with roasted red pepper sauce. (vegan\, gluten-free\, nut-free)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll dinners come with a roasted beet\, fennel\, and orange salad with citrus vinaigrette (vegan\, gluten-free\, nut-free) and German chocolate cake for dessert (nut-free). A vegan dessert is available upon request when purchasing the vegetarian meal below. \n\n\n\n(Please note that the ticket form below requires a unique name and e-mail address for each ticket purchased. We will have name cards at the tables\, so please fill out the names of all members of your party. If you are buying multiple tickets and do not wish to use an e-mail address for some member of your party\, you will need to use a fake e-mail for them. Please include the word “fake” somewhere in the fake e-mail address so we know. But make sure to include at least one valid e-mail address for the ticket purchaser.)
