Elizabeth Palmer

Violinist Elizabeth Palmer is the concertmaster of the Salt Lake Symphony and a charter member of the Orchestra at Temple Square. She is a graduate of the University of Utah and has been featured as a soloist with the University of Utah Symphony, Mormon Youth Symphony, Delaware County Pennsylvania Symphony and the Salt Lake Symphony. She has also performed with the Utah Symphony.

An active chamber musician, she was a founding member of the C & B Chamber Players, which performed extensively throughout the East Coast. While residing in Pennsylvania, she was a member of the faculty of Lebanon Valley College and performed many solo recitals in the Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Washington D. C. areas. She has conducted the Cottonwood Heights Area Choir and Orchestra for the past ten years in their annual production of Handel’s Messiah.

Elizabeth and her husband David are the parents of five children and two grandchildren.
